One of our favorite holidays is coming up!
Valentine’s Day!
The day many go out to eat and celebrate their love for each other.
AND the day our chefs make that possible by going in early to prep. and staying late to make sure every guest enjoys their meal.
And then there’s us…but let’s not focus on that.
Let’s focus on our chefs, how hard they work and how much we love them!
Last year, I decided to write little love notes on hearts for 14 days (February 1-14) and put them up on the wall above my husband’s nightstand. Each day when he was at work, I added a new heart. 
Let’s focus on our love for our chefs this Valentine’s Day, no matter when we get to celebrate with them!
